Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns of used products will not be accepted.

Refund: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a refund of the total amount paid for the product, excluding original shipping costs.

 

Exchanges:

 

Exchange Period: You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange for another item.

 

Conditions for Exchanges: The product you wish to exchange must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Exchanges of used products will not be accepted. We only accept exchanges for products of equal or greater value.

Shipping of the New Product: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will proceed to ship the requested new product.

 

Exceptions:

 

Customized or Intimate Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or intimate products for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly and conveniently as possible.
