By providing data to AR Distribution (hereinafter "the company"), it is understood that you agree to the terms of this notice, the purposes of data processing, as well as the means and procedures that we make available to you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in section IV of this privacy notice. "The company" will collect and process personal identification data, patrimonial personal data, financial personal data, and academic personal data, for logistics purposes for product delivery and advertising shipment. "The company" will not transfer any of the data it collects. Means and procedures to exercise your ARCO rights and/or revoke consent. You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter "ARCO rights"), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending attention to the customer. To properly address your ARCO rights, it is necessary that your request includes the following: the name of the owner and their email address to communicate the response to your request, attach the document that verifies your identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the owner, a clear and precise description of the personal data about which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. In the case of requests for rectification, the owner must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting their request. If the information provided is incorrect or insufficient, or if it is not accompanied by the corresponding accreditation documents, "the company" may, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, require you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to respond to the requirement, counted from the day following receipt. Failure to respond within said period will result in the corresponding request being deemed not submitted. "The company" will communicate the determination adopted, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days counted from the date the request was received, so that, if applicable, you may enforce it within the fifteen (15) business days following communication of the response, which will be provided electronically to the email address specified in the request.
